Baked Pumpkin Spice Donut Holes
These delicious morsels are a cross between a muffin and a donut, and have a light, sweet cinnamon taste.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease muffin pans.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and pumpkin spice.
In a separate bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, milk, brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract.
Combine all ingredients together to create the dough.
Spoon batter evenly into prepared pans.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until you test with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
Allow donut holes to cool for 2 minutes.
For the donut coating: Melt the butter in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar.
Dip the donut holes in the butter and then roll them around in the cinnamon sugar.
